With a high quality, reliable lock, the Buck 110 is their signature folding knife. First released in 1962 it has an easy opening and closing design with a nail notch lockback design. Supplied with a premium leather belt sheath the Buck 110 is manufactured in the USA using 420HC steel.
420HC - Our standard steel, with great blade retention and corrosion resistance. The industry standard is easily resharpened. For best performance, we harden to standard Rc 58.
BLADE SHAPE: Clip
With a thinner/sharper point it is good for detail work, cutting in tight places and intentional punctures (eg., new holes in a belt).
STEEL TYPE: 420HC Stainless Steel
This is Buck's standard blade material because it approaches the wear resistance of high carbon alloys while delivering the corrosion resistance of chromium stainless steels.
